General Aims
GO1: To establish a transnational network where artists, teachers and researchers collaborate to develop innovative, intercultural teaching practices that enhance university teaching and promote inclusive, creative education for vulnerable communities.
GO2: To design and implement a transdisciplinary instructional model with artists-in-residence, educators and researchers. Grounded in STEAM, the model will foster creativity, critical thinking and inclusivity, preparing future educators to support diverse and vulnerable learning contexts.
Specific Aims
SO1: Develop a Framework for Art & Education, identifying research evidence and best practices.
SO2: Establish an open-access database of Artist-in-residence in HE Initiatives with TIC-powered systems for easy access.
SO3: Promote cross-sectoral collaboration to exchange knowledge between universities, schools, and cultural institutions.
SO4: Develop guidelines for co-creation spaces to support collaboration between cultural and educational settings.
SO5: Co-create and test open methodologies and pedagogical materials with artists, teachers, and researchers to advance creative and critical thinking in educational settings.
SO6: Establish long-term artist residencies to support co-teaching, using digital technologies for personalized learning for vulnerable students.
SO7: To promote the presence of women contemporary artists in Higher Education and develop research in a sustainability approach.
SO8: To share the research of the project, to disseminate the experience of artists-in residence at education universities to improve the European higher education and the future of early and primary education.
SO9: To inspire other professionals to include the connection between universities and the cultural sector, inviting artists and museum mediators to improve university teaching and learning.
